Hiya everyone,

I had my week of summer break last week and today I start summer school. It will definitely be a lot of work in six weeks – two classes in six weeks.

Anyway, what I did on my week of summer: (events not in any particular order)

1. Bought “The Office” season 4 DVD (it was on sale from $39.99 to $18.99). Finished it in the week.
2. Played massive hours of Rock Band (been working on “hard” on drums – can actually play some songs on that level).
3. Spent endless hours on Poupee Girl (all those events meant lots of ribbon hunting!)
4. Put up my new layout for Captured Fragments.
5. Boyfriend came over and just hanged out around the house.

That’s most of the big events that happened. Lots of other small things: eating, sleeping, watching TV.

Also, I lose a lot of things easily. One instance was when my sisters and I went to the mall. They gave me a coupon to hold. I placed it in my pocket. When we got to the store, and were ready to purchase, I could not find the coupon! I looked everywhere. That was horrible. I felt so terrible. Another example was at school – during the week of my finals, I had that Black Piggy Phone Charm I got from Chinatown. I was walking to school and put my cell phone in my pocket and the phone charm must have fell off. I went back to see if it was still there, but no luck. Luckily, I still have that star one.

So, July is coming and that means, Anime Expo is creeping closer. My cousin, sisters, and I plan to volunteer for the heck of it. It seems like fun (and would perhaps add experience for future job-hunting). We are probably going to attend Friday or Sunday. Unfortunately, I won’t be cosplaying since I don’t have the talents to create a costume or the money to buy one. I have wanted to cosplay – it always looked like fun. But, perhaps when I learn to sew or win the lottery, I can do it. =)

Today begins the last week of the Spring quarter! Congratulations to the 2009 Graduates! Two of my sisters are graduating this year (one from High School and the other from UCLA). I have two finals. One on Wednesday and the other on Friday (I always seem to have a Friday final). And, from the previous post, I did finish those papers – the 15 page and 5-7 page. They were long, but I somehow made it.

The week before (May 29th-May 31st) I went to spend some time with my boyfriend (who goes to a different university, so we don’t see each other a lot). Anyway, we went to go see the move, Up. Or, rather I dragged him to go see the movie with me. It was suppose to be our date: a dinner and movie. However, I wanted to watch the movie and then eat. So, we went to the movie theater at 2:30PM and the only seats available were either standing or in the very front row. We decided not to watch it then. So, instead we tried for the 5:10PM showing but there was a huge line for seats. People were already lined up. My boyfriend did not want to wait and we went to go eat. We went to Joe’s Crab Shack (we both wanted seafood – especially crab). The food was pretty expensive for two people. That place seems more like for 4-or more people to go to, but crab is so yummy.  Then, we decided to see the one at 7:3oPM but the tickets were sold out. As you can see, I really wanted to see this movie because it seemed really cute and funny. So, we bought the last airing at 9:55PM. He wasn’t really happy about it. But, finally at 9:40PM, we stood in line and waited to go into the theater.

I loved the movie. It was so cute. I cried. I knew I would but I didn’t think I’d cry more than once. I don’t want to say anymore because I might spoil it for others. But, it was definitely worth going back and forth to the movie theaters. XD

Yesterday, I went to Chinatown with my mom. There was a store that had some cell phone charms. I got two:

They are of the Monokuro Boo. The left one is the black piggy with wings, and the middle says: Love. The right one is a glittered star with the two piggies (black and white). I will be posting these on Poupee Girl – *is a total addict*. I swear, every time I see something cute, I want to whip out my camera phone and take a picture of it. XD

Summer is going to be… busy. I am going to take two sessions. One from June 22nd to July 31st; and the other from August 3rd to September 11th. I will also be working. Boy, it seems like a lot especially since I will be taking two classes in each session. Hopefully, I will still be able to update my sites (currently neglecting Captured Fragments >_> — I’m working on a new layout, actually. I am at the coding part XD).

Well, that’s it for now. I have to go back to studying!
