Week One

Hiya everyone,

(I’m out of creative titles for my blog entries.) The first week of school finished. I was nervous and excited, but enjoyed it as well. I was nervous because the day before school actually started, I found out that I did not need to take one of my classes I signed up for. So, I looked around for a class that I did need. Sadly, most of them were closed or conflicted with my current schedule. However, I did find one but I had to be on the waitlist and was unsure if I was going to get in or not. Because if I did not get in, then I would not have been a fulltime student which would affect lot of things. So, I went to the class on the first day and wondered if the Professor was going to accept everyone (there were about 9 people on the waitlist). Luckily, he did! Though, right now I wished I didn’t have any classes on Friday because none of my roommates or sister has classes on Fridays. Gosh, I have a lot of reading to do and barely done any. I am so lazy.

Remember how I was looking for a job in my previous week / month? Well, I got one! I am so excited because it has nothing to do with restaurant / food things. I don’t really have to deal with those kinds of people. What’s even more exciting is that, it is something I want to do. I got a job as a website developer and supporter. Basically, I help update my employer’s website, recode certain things, and perhaps do a lilttle designing on Adobe PhotoShop. I was so happy to get because I have been doing these things since 2001 and finally get to put it in good use (not that making this website wasn’t). My employer also saw my designs and was like, “No anime or the Jpop stuff” when you design for the website. Haha, I need to start making layouts that look more professional.

Also, I got my laptop back – fixed and everything. Unfortunately, I wasn’t there to pick up so I don’t know what was exactly said but my parents said they replaced the screen? … Okay. But, yay, I got it back and working.

Well, I think that’s it for now. I should really start reading but I have a sudden urge to open up PhotoShop and make a new layout for this site (as well as many others).
