Hiya everyone,
Boy, it’s been a while since I last blogged. I’m trying to blog more frequently so I wouldn’t “forget” what I did on the days and whatnot. Anyways, on May 28th, my sweetheart (who came to visit me - finally), friend, sister, and me went to watch Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End! :D I must say I really liked it even though it was kinda long and we sat in the front-ish. So, I wasn’t really in the greatest position. But, sadly, I didn’t stay for the after credits! Darn..
On the following Friday, June 1st, I went out with my friends from High School, who I have not seen for the longest time - well, since February. Anyways, we had sent the whole week text-ing each other, deciding where we should meet and what we should do. Finally, on Thursday, we decided to go bowling! Haha, it was my third time bowling. Man, I sucked a lot. The bowling balls are so heavy, yes, that is my excuse. Then, after like two hours of bowling, we went across the street to a Jack in the Box. I ordered some curly fries that my friend insisted on paying. I wouldn’t allow it, but he quickly handed his credit card to the cashier. Darn, me and my paper money for being so slow. After that, I went home at 11ish. Wow, the latest I’ve stayed out - hm, not really. There was that 1AM field trip in 8th grade.
Well, about 2 days ago, my mom bought me this “make-it-yourself-wooden-dragon-thing” (you can tell I just made that up from the top of my head). It took me about 1-2 days to finish it. The pieces were wooden and you had to use sandpaper (yuck) to smooth out the edges. That was not fun. Sandpaper feels so… horrible. Anyways, the sad end product, I present:

Anyways, I’ll talk about the title entry: Finals are Coming. Yup, this week was the last week of the Spring semester. DUN DUN DUN, which means, finals are next week. I have a feeling I’m getting straight B’s. That really sucks when I had mentioned some blog entries ago that my goal was to get straight A’s. Darn it. However, I learned today in my biology class that I need to get a 91 on my final to get an A. To me, it sounds impossible. For most of the biology tests I had, I had received lots of B’s. In my pre-calculus class, I’m getting a B for sure. No doubt about it, unless I managed to get a 106.4% on a 100% final. And, lastly, my Japanese class … I have no clue on what I’m getting. Lately, my scores haven’t been great. The teacher’s grading scale is so high too. A 95% or higher is an A. So.. high.. But, I definitely want to try my hardest to get at least one A in my 3 classes. >.> My sweetheart said he’d buy a FoxTrot comic book if I did. Hahhaha, is that motivation or what?
Enough about school, I wanted to watch Shrek 3. However, I found out that Keita Tachibana was voicing the character of Artie in the Japanese dub. How can I watch the English version when I know that the Japanese dub has Keita in it? It seems impossible. >P I know I am crazy. But, seriously, Keita Tachibana in Shrek 3! I was jumping up and down with excitement. I almost reached the ceiling of my house. Then, two days ago, I heard w-inds.’s LOVE IS THE GREATEST THING, which is like the image song for Shrek 3. It’s so good and catchy. I can’t wait for it to come out!
Well, that’s it for now. Hopefully, I haven’t forgotten something important. I got to go study for finals now. :cry:
